Job Summary
The Sales Coordinators' responsibilities are developing existing accounts, supporting sales routes when coverage is needed, and supporting sales reps with client needs. This experienced salesperson must be highly knowledgeable about our product line, represent honesty, integrity, and professionalism, while providing exceptional customer service. You will partner with Suppliers, Logistics, and our Technologies team to achieve success.

As Kiva's Sales Coordinator, you will...
- Help with coverage of sales portfolios when the existing rep is out of office
- Generate and develop sales resources for the team
- Be a liaison between the Sales team and internal departments
- Coordinate with Metrc team to resolve issues with delivery documentation
- Update partners on deliveries and assist with scheduling off-day deliveries
- Assist in coordinating communication with AR team for credits and AR tasks
- Helping to supply information and update information for customers through our CRM or other relationship management software
- Coordinate sample orders and promo orders to help build business for our partners
- Assist in preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer records
- Assist with new account setup and adding customers to KSS Live
What we're looking for...
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in cannabis/CPG
- Experience in managing a territory/portfolio of up to 50 accounts
- Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many tasks at once
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Must be proficient in using Google Suite. ERP experience is a plus
- Proven experience handling high volume incoming sales calls, emails, text messages
- Must display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with a recognized brand name company strongly preferred
- Hours: 9am to 5:30pm
Work Environment
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will be fully remote, with that being said, it is mandatory to be on camera daily for external and internal meetings.
- This position will require that you are comfortable conducting virtual video sales pitches and demos with your camera on at all times.
