As a founding member of the G2K/F1K Go-To-Market team, the Partnership Lead for G2K/F1K Multi-Sided Partners will play a pivotal role in identifying and integrating complementary technology solutions with RingCentral's core offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the UCaaS and CCaaS market, emerging communication trends, and partnership ecosystems. The ideal candidate will leverage market data to develop strong perspectives on potential technology partners and deliver strategic recommendations for integrating multi-sided partner (MSP) solutions to address large enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Identification

  • Identify multi-sided partners (MSPs) : Recognize partners with unique technology solutions that fill gaps where RingCentral can make a significant impact.
  • Leverage market data : Utilize data to form a strong viewpoint on potential partners, their competitors, and prioritization of partnerships in specific verticals or segments.
  • Understand market trends : Stay informed about the UCaaS and CCaaS market, as well as emerging trends in communications and technology.


Solution Integration and Value Proposition

  • Deliver integration recommendations : Advise on how MSP solutions can integrate with RingCentral's product suite to address large enterprise needs.
  • Focus on customer value : Emphasize how joint solutions can reduce costs through simplified and automated workflows or drive incremental revenue.
  • Translate solutions into value propositions : Collaborate with the Large Enterprise Vertical Product Marketing team to articulate the user value propositions of MSP solutions.


Collaboration and Communication

  • Engage with internal teams : Keep G2K/F1K Solution Engineering and Product Teams informed of key workstreams and outline required support to drive recommendations into outcomes.
  • Build relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key executives and contacts at MSPs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership strategies.


Role Qualifications

  • Prior experience : Demonstrated experience working with Multi-Sided Partners (MSPs) in the UCaaS industry, identifying and building relationships with MSPs.
  • UCaaS industry experience : Experience working at a leading UCaaS company is highly preferred.


Skills and Competencies

  • Emerging technology fluency : Familiarity with trends such as 5G, POTS in a Box, AR/VR, and edge computing.
  • Critical thinking and articulation : Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and strategies.
  • Cross-functional agility : Proven ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
  • Engineering background : A strong engineering background with the ability to simplify and explain deep technology concepts.
  • Research proficiency : Experience with research tools and vendors to gather and analyze market data.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $252,000 and $468,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
