Revenue Operations Specialist - Job Description

WHO WE NEED:

  • 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role, with strong proficiency in Salesforce (SF)
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation, with experience in custom objects, workflows, and dashboards
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote)
  • Ability to serve as the main point of contact between the Revenue Operations team and the Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS) team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce and across sales operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with teams at all levels of the organization
  • A keen interest in technology and systems optimization, always looking for ways to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this role as a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced Revenue Operations team and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact. These are what your responsibilities will look like:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Revenue Operations team and the ESS team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the configuration, management, and optimization of Salesforce to support sales processes, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring the platform is leveraged to its fullest potential.
  • Support system integrations and help troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that all operational systems are connected and functioning correctly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, ESS, Enablement) to optimize processes and workflows, ensuring Salesforce is aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Partner with the enablement team to ensure that training resources and documentation for Salesforce and related tools are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively distributed across teams.
  • Work closely with the enablement team to identify training needs, gather feedback, and support the development of learning materials and sessions to enhance user adoption of Salesforce and other tools within the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and organizational goals.
