The Role 
Adyen is looking for a Revenue Operations Optimization Lead in North America who will facilitate the execution of the regional GTM strategy and spearhead the collaboration between the commercial functions (Marketing, Business development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management). Based in our San Francisco office, this role is crucial for driving revenue growth and fostering operational efficiency through strong partnership with the regional commercial leadership. You will play a pivotal role in connecting cross-functional teams, streamlining global processes, and creating accountability for achieving results.
Together with the functional Revenue Operations Managers and the global Revenue Technology team, you will help drive a universal, end-to-end commercial process that is continuously optimized to meet the needs of our markets. You will also collaborate with the regional Revenue Analysts to translate data insights into actionable growth opportunities.
What You'll Do

  • Be the trusted business partner of the regional leadership teams, and elevate the GTM execution in the region (operationalize strategic initiatives, workshops, driving QBRs & MBRs agendas, co-create / facilitate execution of our GTM strategy etc.)
  • Translating insights - showcasing what is blocking our revenue generating activities - into solutions, and driving teams to solve for them.
  • Championing and executing the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the functional OS teams to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities across the region
  • Communicates, enables, and drives adoption for new solutions for commercial functions

  • Support commercial goal setting for his region in collaboration with Revenue Analytics
  • Drive accountability of GTM teams by activating commercial goals and aligning efforts to reach them
  • Provide feedback from regional needs to stack-rank priorities for technology and insights
  • Connect the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts

Who You Are

  • 7+ years experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Specialist, Sales Operations Manager, Salesforce consultant) and working with cross functional teams
  • Proven track record of supporting GTM team's revenue generating efforts
  • Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements
  • Program management skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions
  • Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value
  • Strong experience in change management and realizing process adoption
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset and decision making

Location & Work Expectations 

  • This role is based in San Francisco. 
  • Adyen values in-person collaboration, and we are an office-first company.
  • Some international travel may be required.

Compensation 

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000 - 230,000;
