Location Requirement: We have a preference for candidates located in San Francisco, CA or Phoenix, AZ, but we are open to fully remote work with occasional travel to collaborate in person with key stakeholders as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize our revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, and other key platforms, from negotiation to operational maintenance.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide strategic recommendations and insights that enhance revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer experience tools.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Design, manage, and enforce sales processes ensuring they align with business objectives and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing to analyze channel performance and optimize demand generation strategies.
  • Support compensation planning, forecasting, and incentive models to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with finance on pipeline forecasting, commissions, and revenue tracking.
  • Manage one Sales Operations team member, providing mentorship, support, and ensuring alignment on key priorities.
  • Execute special projects to refine and scale operations, driving continuous improvement in revenue processes.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, and automation.
    • Certification(s) ADM201 preferred.
  • Experience administering sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Gong, or Chili Piper.
  • Data-driven with a passion for uncovering insights and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Possess an ownership mentality—willing to take responsibility, proactively solve problems, and drive meaningful impact.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Curious about emerging sales and marketing technologies and always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with SQL, Metbase is a plus.

Why Monograph?

  • Fully remote work environment, or in-person out of Phoenix, AZ.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • A culture of curiosity, autonomy, and impact.
  • The opportunity to help shape the future of revenue operations at a growing company.
