Job Summary:

This role will provide operational support to the Revenue Operations team, assisting with the implementation and execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Revenue Operations Analyst, but may also be required to collaborate with the sales, business systems, and Salesforce development teams once they have a solid understanding of the overall RevOps functions.

What you will do:

  • Support Revenue Operations team with Salesforce project implementations
  • Review and validate Salesforce data for alignment and adherence as it relates to key RevOps functions
  • Conduct regular analysis of Salesforce reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues to the RevOps team as needed
  • Execute data cleanup and alignment projects in Salesforce, ensuring seamless implementation
  • Maintain and develop documentation and standard operating procedures, as needed, for critical RevOps processes
  • Collaborate heavily with the Business Systems team to dive deep into technical details of ongoing Revenue Operations projects within Salesforce, including thorough pressure testing of updates before they go live.
  • Identify dependencies and anticipate the downstream impacts of RevOps process updates and surface to RevOps team
  • Execute repetitive, detailed tasks with a high degree of accuracy and precision
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Assist with contract-related operational processes
  • Provide general operational support and contribute to special projects as needed

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • 1+ years of experience using Salesforce for reporting purposes
  • 1+ years of experience working in an Operations role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working with highly repetitive manual and detailed processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its core functionality
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Familiarity with process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Proactive mindset and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Experience with process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, including testing, troubleshooting, and validating changes
  • Ability to dive deep into complex processes, ask insightful questions, and understand technical details
  • Demonstrated accuracy and precision when executing repetitive tasks
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with contract-related operational processes
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and DocuSign
  • Background on a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team
  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools like Looker
  • Experience creating detailed documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
