About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Revenue Operations & Compliance Associate to support our growing Revenue Operations and Deal Desk function. This role will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and will focus on contract operations, deal desk support, compliance tracking, data administration, and general RevOps responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn about government procurement, SaaS operations, and revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Desk & Contract Operations (~35%)

  • Assist in managing reseller relationships, ensuring accurate pricing, compliance with contract terms, and processing reseller quotes and discounts.
  • Draft and review quotes, order forms, and pricing approvals, working with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all customer contracts, amendments, and renewals are properly logged and tracked.
  • Maintain internal pricing documentation and keep records of past deals, ensuring consistency in pricing and discounting policies.
  • Coordinate approvals with legal, finance, and sales for non-standard contract terms.
  • Support sales teams with documentation and administrative requests related to deals.

Compliance & Procurement Administration (~25%)

  • Assist Director of Revenue of Operations in managing state procurement registrations (e.g., Texas DBITS, NASPO, California SLP) and ensure that Authorium remains compliant with relevant government purchasing programs.
  • Track RFPs, RFIs, and other procurement solicitations, summarizing opportunities and deadlines for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in government audit responses, ensuring contract documentation and compliance records are up to date.
  • Maintain an internal compliance calendar to track registration renewals, state procurement deadlines, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor registration processes with new state and local agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding.

Revenue & Sales Operations Support (~30%)

  • Support Salesforce data accuracy, ensuring clean data entry for opportunities, contacts, and accounts.
  • Assist in managing renewals tracking, ensuring proactive outreach and pipeline visibility for renewals.
  • Maintain and update labor and revenue plans, working with project managers (PMs) and CS Operations to track and manage billable hours for ongoing projects.
  • Help streamline internal RevOps processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements.

General Operations & Special Projects (~10%)

  • Support cross-functional projects related to revenue growth, data management, and operational efficiency.
  • Document RevOps workflows and processes to standardize best practices.
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and research as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years in an Operations, Deal-Desk or Business Operations type of role
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with contracts, compliance documents, and operational  processes
  • Interest in government procurement, SaaS revenue operations, and deal desk management
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus
