How You'll Make An Impact
As the Revenue Enablement Program Manager, Design and Development, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of impactful enablement programs. This role will utilize instructional design principles and proven program frameworks to create impactful learning experiences that support our revenue teams in achieving mastery and driving results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, a background in instructional design, and a knack for building programs that are both engaging and results-driven.
What You'll Do
Program Strategy & Design
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to develop engaging, scalable enablement programs tailored to revenue team needs.
- Establish and maintain program frameworks that include key learning objectives, assessment models, and measurable outcomes to drive business impact.
- Use adult learning theory to create dynamic, high-impact training modules that cater to diverse learning styles and optimize knowledge retention.
- Embed our sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) into programs to drive consistency in selling practices across teams.
- Assist in the design of our annual revenue kick off meeting and lead co-lead various training sessions.
Development & Delivery
- Create learning experiences that blend various formats (e-learning, in-person, virtual, on-demand) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
- Quickly become an internal authority and “go to” contact for our sales methodologies (Command of the Message and MEDDPICC).
- Co-lead the certification of new sellers and managers on our sales methodologies.
- Manage and optimize content within CMS and LMS platforms to ensure accessibility, seamless user experience, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Leverage analytics and reporting capabilities within CMS and LMS systems to track engagement, effectiveness, and areas for continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement frameworks for program development, launch, and measurement, incorporating feedback loops for iterative improvement.
- Conduct regular needs assessments and gap analyses to identify emerging learning needs, adjust content, and update frameworks as needed.
- Partner with Enablement Ops to evaluate program effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and data to continually optimize program design and delivery.
- Collaborate with global and regional enablement business partners to adapt programs for local markets and specific roles.
- Work with subject matter experts in product, marketing, and revenue operations to build and maintain up-to-date, relevant training materials.
The Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, instructional design, or program management, preferably within a revenue organization.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly within SaaS, iPaaS or cloud-based solutions, experience with sales methodologies and ability to weave into program design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels within the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics and insights to measure and improve the effectiveness of training programs and sales enablement initiatives.
- Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) and familiarity with e-learning development tools.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $160,000- $175,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
