About the Role: 

As a Sr. Project Management Resource Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers, to ensure a client’s vision is brought to life. You will provide ongoing support to the team, strategically assigning team members to a project. All in all, you will be a valuable member of our Project Management team, supporting our efforts to build lasting relationships and deliver on our promises. We will appreciate your insightful leadership and communication skills as you guide the Project Management team in meeting the needs of our clients. Sound like you? In this role, you will… 

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers in their day-to-day operations. 
  • Provide guidance to Project Managers as they prepare for monthly financial reviews.   
  • Strategically plan and document processes and ensure that teams adhere to them. 
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand hiring needs, aiding in the hiring process, and allocating projects to Project Managers based on their skills and experience. 
  • Executing the vision of the department by analyzing project survey feedback and utilizing results to lead the team.  

We are excited about you because… 

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field – a PMP is a plus! 
  • You have 4-7 years of Project Management experience in a related field.  
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to provide direction and feedback to your team.   
  • You efficiently manage your time, maintaining an elevated level of organization across your work.   
  • You can effectively navigate Project Management software. 
  • You are adept at planning and managing a budget, utilizing your strategic insight to solve problems as they arise.
