About the Role:
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Research Engineer to join our team and help build out our enterprise-grade conversational AI platform. As a Research Engineer, you will evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy large language models that power the intelligence behind our AI agents. You’ll play a key role in building intelligent systems that learn from interactions, follow complex instructions, and deliver high-quality support autonomously.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.

Proven track record of working on AI/ML projects from concept to production.

Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production environments.
