Contract Recruiting Coordinators help ensure a seamless candidate interview experience. They partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, providing consistent and professional support throughout the hiring process. This remote role is necessary to the Talent Acquisition team and reports directly to the Manager of Recruiting Operations. Main responsibilities include managing projects, maintaining consistency across the team, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for candidates; schedule phone, video and onsite interviews and sending various hiring exercises/case studies
  • Book travel and hotel accommodations for candidates, and manage any candidate travel expense reports for reimbursement
  • Partner with the TA team, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other teams
  • Use the applicant tracking system and follow relevant recruiting processes
  • Collaborate with fellow Recruiting Coordinators to manage internal documentation
  • Participate in projects, such as tools implementation and enhancements to increase efficiency and team productivity
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as coordinating background checks, immigration and reference checks.
  • Manage candidate onboarding process with HR Operations
  • Help organize Talent Acquisitions related events
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Work with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to support overall recruiting goals, consistency in recruiting practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1- 3 years of proven work experience in a HR coordination or equivalent role
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company and be savvy enough to manage through some level of ambiguity
  • Experience scheduling interviews in Lever

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree from a 4-year accredited University
  • 1+ year supporting high-volume recruiting function preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Applications (G-Suite email, calendar and google docs) and experience working on a MacBook
  • Previous coordination experience with major applicant tracking systems

Pay:

 

The United States new hire base per hour target ranges for this full-time position are:

 

Zone A: $20.72/hour - $26.93/hour

Zone B: $22.79/hour - $29.63/hour

Zone C: $24.86/hour - $32.32/hour

Zone D: $26.93/hour - $35.01/hour

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
