This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates and career starters who are bilingual in Mandarin Chinese to participate in a 3-month program with the potential to transition into a long-term position upon successful completion.
During this three-month temp to hirerole, you will undergo training in development to gain a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment. You'll engage in hands-on projects encompassing tasks from sourcing to candidate outreach. Upon completion of the training and demonstration of your proficiency, you will be well-prepared for a possibility of a returning full-time permanent position, equipped to excel in your role.
- Candidate Communication: Reachout with potential candidates through various channels including email, social media platforms, and professional networks. Maintain regular communication to build relationships and provide updates on relevant opportunities.
- Reach Out: Proactively search for potential candidates using online databases, job boards, and other resources. Craft personalized outreach messages to effectively communicate job opportunities and company culture.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and industry insights. Utilize findings to inform sourcing strategies and target specific talent pools.
- Data Analysis: Analyze candidate data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements, talent needs, and priorities. Provide insights and recommendations to support client engagement and fulfillment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics. Generate reports to track progress and measure success against predefined goals.
- Full Cycle Recruitment Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn the fundamentals of full-cycle recruitment, including job requisition analysis, sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and offer negotiation.
- Client Management Training: Receive training in client management techniques, including client needs assessment, relationship building, and effective communication. Learn to effectively manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Stats, or other fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with staffing/recruitment processes and industry best practices is a plus.
