The Product Recruiter will lead recruitment efforts for product and design teams, develop sourcing strategies, build partnerships, and enhance employer branding.
We're seeking a Product Recruiter to help us build exceptional product, design, and user experience teams that will shape the future of AI-powered creative tools. In this role, you'll partner with product leadership to identify, attract, and secure talented product managers, designers, and UX researchers who can transform cutting-edge AI technology into intuitive, powerful products that delight users.
You should be hyper excited about AI and exceptionally curious; be a 1% able people-person and able to own a mission-critical workstream for Luma as a company.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all product and design roles, from initial sourcing through offer negotiation
- Develop deep partnerships with product and design leaders to understand their team needs, vision, and the skills required to build revolutionary creative tools
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of exceptional product talent from both consumer technology and creative tool companies
- Design and implement candidate assessment approaches that effectively evaluate both technical and creative capabilities
- Build relationships with top product and design talent in relevant industries and communities
- Provide strategic guidance on market conditions, compensation trends, and candidate motivations
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes and team efficiency
- Represent Luma AI at industry events and product design communities to enhance our employer brand
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring for product and design roles in technology companies
- Experience recruiting for creative tools, AI/ML applications, or other innovative product organizations
- Strong understanding of product development and design disciplines, and ability to evaluate candidates against specific team needs
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving recruiting effectiveness
- Creative sourcing strategies and ability to identify passive candidates from non-traditional backgrounds
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to represent Luma AI's vision and culture to candidates
- Experience with modern ATS systems (Ashby preferred) and sourcing tools
