Receptionist

Overview

The Receptionist represents the face of the company in our corporate office by greeting guests, vendors and directing deliveries. An essential function of this position is ensuring that the office environment is welcoming and running efficiently and effectively by taking the lead on front office activities. 

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in person or on the telephone.

• Answering or referring inquiries.

• Managing and organizing front desk and lobby office space.

• Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing/expediting orders, and verifying receipt of purchases.

• Organizing and sorting incoming mail, packages and interoffice mail.

• Assisting facilities with building needs. 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to communicate well and clearly.

• Organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Desire to learn quickly.

• Have excellent communication and people skills.

• Are attentive to detail.

• Can maintain high quality work while managing multiple tasks.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$19.88 to $26.51
