A day in the life

The receptionist for Prologis’ Corporate Headquarters is a critical position for providing a welcoming first impression for our visitors, guests and employees.  In addition to answering the main phone line, managing mail and shipping deliveries, and setting up conference rooms, as a part of the Workplace Experience Team, the Receptionist will help with special activities for holidays and company gatherings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answer the main phone line, routing calls appropriately
  • Provide access and greet visitors, guests and employees as they enter the office
  • Manage mail distribution, package deliveries and outgoing shipping
  • Prepare and update front desk documentation and calendars
  • Manage the Workplace Team requests ensuring timely response and resolution
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Supportive Workplace Experience Team member

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be able to work 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, with reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • 2 years minimum experience working in a corporate office environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel
  • Experience working with Zoom
  • Experience with Peoplesoft and Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree or some college education preferred

Hiring Salary Range of: $24.50 - $33.65 per hour. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
