Quantum Technology Intern - Undergrad
General Description:
We are currently seeking student interns to help develop the practicality of cutting-edge quantum technologies.
Essential Duties:
Under the supervision and guidance of a technical advisor, the quantum technology intern may support:
Experimental benchwork
Software development
Analysis of experimental data
Computational theory
Required Skills:
Coursework or experience in one or more of the following:
Electromagnetic/optical/quantum simulation
Scientific data analysis
Software development
Electrical test and measurement
Optical test and measurement
Cryogenic systemsoProtocol/algorithm development/implementation
Circuit design and evaluation
Proficiency with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Required Education:
Minimum 2 years completed of a Math, Science, Engineering, or related undergraduate program
Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $30 - $35 per hour.
