The Quality System Audit Analyst III position is a leading subject matter expert for the internal QARA program ensuring regulatory and compliance obligations are understood and implemented. This role serves as a liaison between internal auditors, site leaders, and auditees regarding requirements for facilitation and completion of internal audits. The role conducts audits and is responsible for training internal auditors to ensure a consistent high standard of auditing is maintained. This position is also the point of contact for compilation of audit metrics, hosting audit review board, and tracking continuous improvement corrective actions tied with audit findings. 

1.    The Quality System Audit Analyst III position is responsible for compiling audit dashboard and metric data.
2.    Responsible for hosting quarterly audit review board and tracking continuous improvement action items.
3.    Serves as a primary point of contact for auditors and site leaders for utilization of audit module.
4.    Conducts internal audits. 
5.    Supports external inspections and audits, such as Notified Body Audits, and the Federal Food and Drug Agency (FDA).
6.    Facilitates annual audit refresher training for internal auditors and site leaders.
7.    Maintains compliant audit checklists.
8.    Ensures internal audit procedure and training curriculum is compliant and up-to-date.
9.    Prepares for and participates in QA review forums such as Management Review and QARA Summary.
