Job Description
Reporting to the Quality Director, the Quality Manager will work with the Program Quality Managers across the sector to ensure Program compliance to the requirements of company, customer, and ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 Management Systems (MS) Standards for continued certifications. In doing so, the Quality Manager will be responsible for the Internal Audit Program, and the development of the methods for collecting and reporting various Program Quality Performance metrics for Monthly Program Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Annual MS
Management Reviews.
In addition to Program Quality Management, the Quality Manager will work with the company's functional Process Owners to ensure their processes are adequately documented to meet company policies, regulatory, and ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 MS Standards requirements, and support the Process Improvement Teams to review and update their documents, specifically in the area of the ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability, and report Process Performance and Continual Improvement metrics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures Program Quality Management compliance for continued ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 MS Certifications
- Maintains the ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability
- Manages the Internal Audit Program, and supports External Audits
- Engages at all levels throughout the sector's Quality function to drive performance and continuous improvement while providing a 'surge' capability for spikes in demand and/or emergencies
- Develops and implements learning and development activities to drive continuous improvement throughout the sector's Quality function
- Develops and maintains the Program Quality Performance Report, and works with Program Quality Managers to provide the required metrics
- Evaluates the Process Documentation System for continued suitability, and identifies Opportunities for Improvement
- Analyzes new document/process change requests, manages configuration control, and assesses impact of changes on the rest of the Business Management System
- Compiles, evaluates, summarizes and reports sector-wide information to senior leadership
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must have:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience
- Experience with application and audit management of the ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 management systems
- Strong process improvement mindset, passion for quality
- Demonstrated skill in quality control of documentation and/ or technical editing
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Will consider remote candidates

- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of web content publishing (SharePoint) and document control best practices
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
