Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team, focusing on cyber breach document review. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to assist in producing high-quality deliverables, translating client requests into actionable directives, and ensuring smooth project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review and assess cyber breach-related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist Data Analysts: Collaborate with data analysts to support the production of deliverables, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client specifications.
  • Client Request Translation: Work with clients to understand and translate their requirements into clear directives for the team, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in the review process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall quality.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred (but not required):
    • Experience with SQL for data querying.
    • Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
    • Previous experience in document review or quality control, particularly in data-related fields.
