Job Description:

The role: 

The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the strategic goals of the organization. You will be responsible for managing various projects that enhance our production capabilities, streamline supply chain processes, and optimize logistics operations. This position requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to collaborate across teams. 
 

What you’ll do: 

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Leads and manages cross-functional projects related to production, supply chain, and logistics. 

  • Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 

  • Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution. 

  • Monitors project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. 

  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with project delivery. 

  • Prepares and presents regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. 

  • Collaborates with operations, production, and supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. 

  • Analyzes data and metrics to support decision-making and optimize operational processes. 

  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the operations function. 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

 

What you need to know: 

Experience/Skills/Education: 

 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the manufacturing, medical, or esthetics sectors. 

  • Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar). 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 

 

Desired: 

  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.

(Pay Rate Range: $90,000 - $110,000)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees.
