The Project Manager, Commercial Operations is responsible for overseeing and executing key commercial projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, commercial strategy, supply chain, and operations—to drive product initiatives and ensure seamless execution of commercial priorities that support the company's growth and success in the marketplace.

How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional commercial projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the full project lifecycle through launch execution, monitoring, and closure. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage key customer initiatives through the internal system, including, but not limited to, private label launches, product changes, exists, or transitions; customer RFI requests; or any other customer request that requires co-ordination with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the collection and input of data required for internal systems to effectively execute on launches or product changes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key interface with the sales team and the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including marketing, sales, finance, R&D, operations, and external partners. Hold stakeholders accountable for timely deliverables and provided updates and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Timelines & Budget Management: Develop detailed project timelines for all projects including clear milestones, and budgets.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address potential delays or issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track project performance metrics, compile reports, and present key updates to stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance and feedback.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline project execution, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

You are best suited for the role if you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, project management, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong business results
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $87,510 - $109,385

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, educations, skills and training.
