As an Employer Brand Program Manager, you’ll play an integral role in elevating Roblox’s reputation as an employer of choice. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Creative, and our Business teams to build outstanding Employer Brand campaigns.

You will be reporting into the Senior Manager of Employer Brand & Events and will work closely with our Employer Brand Specialist to build, lead and implement our Employer Brand initiatives. You’ll partner with internal functions such as Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Marketing, Creative, Communications to make sure our Employer Brand narrative is consistently up to date and reflective of why Roblox should be the next opportunity for current and prospective candidates. The ideal candidate for this role is a self starter, creative, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives at once. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about what we are building at Roblox and who is excited to inspire current and future candidates through compelling content.

You Will:

  • Build and manage the Employer Brand roadmap and work closely with the Employer Brand Specialist to execute on all initiatives
  • Execute written content, such as blog posts, to highlight our technical challenges and the internal talent consistently moving the needle on innovation while tackling these challenges
  • Develop creative concepts to highlight our achievements, people, and culture
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with relevant and up to date messaging for candidates around our recruiter narrative, product launches, etc.
  • Partner closely with people analytics to pull data to report on Employer Brand initiatives and help influence decision making
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with Marketing and Comms to stay close to relevant product launches and company updates

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an employer branding or employer marketing role at a mid-sized company
  • Experience building, leading and driving Employer Brand strategies
  • Experience crafting and owning a content calendar
  • Understanding of Web Design as it relates to career and blog hosting sites
  • Analytical mindset with experience pulling and interpreting data to report on results and drive decision-making
  • Proven track record of partnering with cross functional teams, most importantly recruiting and hiring teams
  • Experience working with internal and external teams for video and photo content creation and execution
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to take complex concepts and distill them into compelling stories

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$156,140$196,700 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
