We're on the hunt for an ops-focused Program Manager, remote based, to take ownership in executing partner-to-partner marketing activities for CrowdStrike's AWS business.

You're eager to orchestrate cross-functional teams, working closely with CrowdStrikers and our AWS partners to drive success.
At this time, we are open to remote U.S. employees.
What You'll Do:

  • Drive execution on partner marketing programs focused on field enablement and engagement (non customer-facing).
  • Coordinate partner-facing events (mostly in the Americas) to help produce partner-sourced referrals for CrowdStrike, including all operational details around contracting and payment.
  • Project manage development of AWS-specific 'Better Together' content in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring AWS and CrowdStrike sales teams are equipped to drive customer demand for joint solutions.
  • Project manage development of key communication assets such as win wires, newsletters, field readiness kits and more.
  • Work with a virtual cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement, business development and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Manage funds to ensure partner investments deliver ROI and align with the AWS + CrowdStrike GTM strategy.
  • Be an internal advocate for AWS among key CrowdStrike stakeholders and leadership.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in partner marketing programs.
  • Background in operations given extensive reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with AWS partner landscape preferred.
  • Relentless commitment to tracking success metrics and optimizing programs.

  • Bias for action mindset, driving projects from start to end.
  • Proven relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Expert presentation and written communication skills.
