Product & Transformation Coach, Enterprise

About Product School:

Product School is the global leader in product training, with a thriving community of over two million professionals. We offer live, online certifications taught by Product Leaders from top Silicon Valley companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, and Amazon.

In addition to certifications, we host ProductCon, the world’s largest product management conference, and produce The Product Podcast, a leading podcast for product professionals.

Founded in 2014, Product School was bootstrapped for the first 7 years before raising $25 million from Leeds Illuminate. We are proud to be a profitable, fast-growing company shaping the future of education.

The Role:

As a Product Coach at Product School, your main responsibility is delivering high-quality training primarily for Enterprise, but also consumer-facing cohorts. You'll effectively communicate and collaborate with the Enterprise Customer Success team, Enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely interactions and successful delivery. You'll also contribute to updating content for clients or consumer cohorts and provide product management expertise to support cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.

What you'll do:

  • Assess & Advise
    • Administer assessments with key clients to identify organizational capability gaps, root causes and industry/sector benchmarks.
    • Deliver executive-level insights connecting current behaviors to root cause and business performance.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance and address gaps, grounded in Product School’s Maturity Index and core competency framework.
  • Coach & Train
    • Facilitate high-impact training and workshops for product teams, ICs, and people leaders.
    • Provide coaching to teams and individuals on modern product practices, frameworks, and leadership behaviors.
    • Translate theory into application by creating and facilitating industry-relevant case studies and bespoke content.
  • Lead Transformation
    • Support large-scale org change by embedding new mindsets, ways of working, and operating models.
    • Guide clients through the maturity evolution from nascent (output-focused) to visionary (outcome-aligned) product organizations.
    • Partner with client executives to align on business priorities, metrics, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate & Contribute
    • Customize content based on engagement needs, client’s industry and organizational opportunities.
    • Serve as a key resource for the sales and service teams.  Providing specialized expertise and design custom learning solutions and insight on industry-specific challenges.
    • Represent Product School with professionalism and deep domain credibility in all client interactions.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

  • You have 15+ years of experience building Products (with at least 5 years in B2B) at both Fortune 500 companies with a strong product culture and high-growth startups.
  • You have a consultative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders.  You learn quickly and can adjust and perform well under pressure.
  • You have 5+ years experience leading and coaching high-performing product teams (Director+).
  • You have experience leading and navigating organizational transformation.
  • You can demonstrate a strong familiarity with modern product operating models, team topologies, and common frameworks and tools (e.g: Blue Ocean, OKRs, vision and strategy, Prioritization, Market Analysis, etc).
  • You are an exceptional communicator and facilitator with top notch storytelling skills.
  • You are adept working with qualitative and quantitative data and drawing insights.
  • Experience working across industries such as healthcare, financial services, tech, or telecom is a plus.
  • Prior instructional, advisory, or consulting experience preferred.
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Europe and authorized to work without sponsorship.

The compensation package offered for this position is between $160,000-$240,000. Please note this is a range and actual compensation may vary based on work experience and qualifications, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.

The perks:

  • Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in Spain
