About the Role: Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement
As a Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement, you will support the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials, helping ensure our sales team has the resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales collateral, assist with training initiatives, and keep materials up to date.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain experience in product marketing and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Enablement Support

  • Assist in creating and updating sales materials, such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, and competitive comparison sheets
  • Help maintain a sales playbook with key resources, templates, and best practices
  • Ensure sales teams have access to the latest enablement content


2. Training and Content Coordination

  • Support the delivery of product and sales training by coordinating materials and logistics
  • Update training documentation and gather feedback from sales teams
  • Assist in organizing internal training sessions and tracking participation


3. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather information for sales materials
  • Update enablement content based on product updates and feedback from the sales team
  • Ensure consistent messaging across sales and marketing collateral


4. Administrative and Process Support

  • Help manage enablement tools and platforms, ensuring content is properly stored and accessible
  • Assist in tracking and organizing key sales enablement activities
  • Collect and compile data on the usage and effectiveness of enablement resources


This role is an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in product marketing and sales enablement while working in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement and product marketing programs, ideally in B2B or SaaS
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Good understanding of sales processes, buyer personas, and customer journeys
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and influencing at all levels
  • Willingness to learn training platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED)
  • Experience project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
