WHAT YOU’LL DO

Braze is looking for a product marketer to take our core channels to new heights. The Product Marketing Manager, Channels will be responsible for creating compelling go-to-market strategies and content to accelerate the growth of our core marketing channels (e.g. email and mobile).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic product marketer who excels at storytelling. You will partner closely with our Product and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for channel pipeline, revenue, and adoption, using what you learn to develop strategic narratives that resonate with our buyers and customers. The ideal candidate must be a world-class problem solver, be able to turn complex concepts into simple value-based stories, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our core buyer and their preferred channels and touchpoints, the market
  • Conduct market and customer research to help different teams (e.g. Product, GTM) act on emerging trends, market shifts, competitive threats, and unmet customer needs
  • Create jargon-free, differentiated positioning and messaging that fuels content, campaigns, and enablement
  • Prepare compelling content (e.g. web pages, demo videos, sales decks, webinars, blogs, customer stories) to communicate the value of a particular channel and a holistic cross-channel strategy
  • Lead product launches and releases for new features and enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to create adoption programs that educate our customers on the value they can derive from additional channels
  • Partner with enablement teams to ensure that the entire GTM function has the appropriate training and tools required to successfully speak to our channel capabilities
  • Identify opportunity areas and create action plans to achieve continued success

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at high-growth B2B SaaS companies 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A natural storyteller who can concisely spin a narrative around complex concepts to different audiences
  • Proven track record working collaboratively and across multiple teams and projects to take new products and features to the market and drive continued success
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while focusing the right level of effort on each
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, propose solutions, and resolve issues
  • Metrics-driven and focused on driving incremental results
  • Natural curiosity and empathy for customers and their challenges

Even better:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both SMB and enterprise businesses
  • Experience with Martech/ESP/CDP software

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $116,600 - $147,100/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $129,600 - $163,400/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
