DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Plan, coordinate and oversee IT projects for the development of financial technology products. Develop and maintain overarching project plan across all functions to ensure priorities and deliverables are in sync and ensure smooth product releases in production. Implement robust structure for prioritizing and driving key product decisions, including managing changes in a complex environment. Identifying cross-impacts, dependencies, and impediments to progress and ensure they are addressed or resolved in timely manner. Own responsibility for communication with business and technology stakeholders and external clients/partners. Lead New Business Initiative, Change Management and Third-Party Oversight project activities for business programs. Support business case refinement. Maintain effective communication with business teams to understand their business issues and communicate them back to the technical team for resolution. Facilitate project meetings, coordinate resources, provide project tracking and status, and own responsibility for project budget management. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, IT Project Manager, QA Lead, IT System Coordinator, Network Engineer, Software Engineer/Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, IT Project Manager, QA Lead, IT System Coordinator, Network Engineer, Software Engineer/Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: coordinating project and product communication for internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders; IT product development or management in the payment industry; leading geographically diverse project teams; working with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, operations, change management, release, and vendor management teams; product governance; risk controls management; managing a portfolio of IT products; JIRA; Adobe Experience Manager; Splunk; MS Project; and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
Job Location: 3223 Hanover St., Palo Alto, CA 94304. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $201,500 - $201,500 per year.
