About WEX & The Role

WEX is a leader in mobility payments and technology, driving innovation to simplify business operations. As part of our commitment to expanding owner-operator and small fleet solutions, we are looking for a Product Manager – Owner-Operator Solutions & 10-4 to lead the development and growth of products tailored to this market.

This role is part of a dedicated team focused on developing solutions for owner-operators and small fleets, including the 10-4 platform, payment solutions, and additional value-added services. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to enhance digital experiences, drive adoption, and ensure seamless execution of new products in this space.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for 10-4 and owner-operator solutions.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of owner-operator payment solutions, leveraging customer feedback and data insights.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to launch and scale new offerings.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine and enhance solutions.
  • Measure product success using key performance indicators (KPIs), iterating on features to optimize impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the owner-operator and small fleet space.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and growth.

How You’ll Lead

  • Innovative Mindset: Identify opportunities for new services, features, and partnerships to expand WEX’s footprint in this market.

Experience You'll Bring

  • 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, mobility, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in the OTR industry is highly preferred, particularly in fleet or owner-operator services.
  • Track record of launching and scaling products, with a focus on adoption, customer experience, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, digital platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy while working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using KPIs to measure success and optimize product performance.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on key initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
