As Product Manager of Operations, you will support high-leverage product initiatives and projects across the Company’s business units. The initial area of focus will be supporting the Places app’s curation efforts and facilitating the productivity of our Places review team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our curation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day functions, supporting work streams to improve our sourcing pipelines, and product development on internal tools and supporting user-facing features, among other things.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for the Places review team including product development of internal tools to support curation initiatives, often involving coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Assist in quality assurance and testing processes to maintain product and curation integrity.
  • Implement and maintain processes that increase the efficiency of review team operations.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues promptly.
  • Timeline planning and product roadmapping, including resource allocation and timeline management.
  • Ensure that project milestones are met and align with business objectives.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required, ranging from research assignments to coordinating internal communications.
  • Managing various data initiatives.
  • Liaise between the product team and other internal departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee workstream documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a product development roadmap and shipping consumer products
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Track record of working on products with a high quality bar.
  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, ideation, prioritization, development, pre/post-launch execution including A/B tests and analysis
  • Strong in projecting timelines and building roadmaps
  • The ability to clearly outline and execute the company’s product vision
  • A passion for helping people have meaningful experiences and connections using technology
  • Strong product intuition and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • No task is too big or too small
