Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own one of the company’s most important charters — accelerating Figma’s revenue growth. This team will drive one of our most critical business metrics, Expansion, by connecting users to the compelling value that Figma’s product suite can unlock. You will tackle exciting challenges with real revenue impact, and build the best monetization experience for our users by developing hypotheses to improve our growth flywheel and expand the network of users getting value from Figma.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute on a strategy for driving expansion of paid users across Figma’s customer base
  • Build a portfolio of experiments and new features around the monetization product experience that help users discover value and convert across Figma’s product offering
  • Collaborate with other Figma product teams on pricing & packaging strategy, ensuring the right monetization levers are in place to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Do all the things you'd expect in a PM, like driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products
  • Track record of delivering impact through data-driven experimentation and strategic bets
  • Are metrics-minded and constantly thinking about how your team’s work ladders up to business and user value
  • Are a strong cross-functional collaborator, both within the product development organization and with business functions
  • Have deep user empathy and are able to understand complex product spaces

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
