Job Description:
As a Product Manager for Industry Verticals, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our GenAI solutions tailored to one or more industry verticals such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Cybersecurity, Semiconductor Design, Automotive, Telco, etc.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, solutions architecture, UI/UX, software engineering, AI applied research, infrastructure and operations, you will drive the development of industry-specific enterprise GenAI products and solutions that transform customer experiences. Your deep understanding of industry-specific workflows and ability to translate industry challenges and customer needs into high-impact GenAI product features will be key to your success.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling enterprise software products.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry-specific workflows with ability to identify, validate, and prioritize GenAI-enabled use cases to drive differentiated customer outcomes.

Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with GenAI & AI/ML technologies and full-stack product development, validation, testing, and competitive benchmarking across use cases.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-decisions in ambiguous situations.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, able to influence and collaborate across partners and customers.

Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex enterprise GenAI topics in easy-to-understand terms to technical and business audiences.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI solutions in industry verticals.

Identify market opportunities and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Balance short-term product delivery goals with long-term strategic growth.

Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing sprints.

Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories, outlining functional specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with engineering, AI applied research, and design teams to develop innovative and scalable solutions.

Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product concepts.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure product differentiation.

Identify key customer personas and use cases to inform product development.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
