Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Product Manager with a specialized focus on Derivatives Products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly derivatives instruments, and a proven track record of driving growth initiatives within a product management capacity. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive product enhancements and user acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the derivatives market. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and prioritize growth initiatives.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a robust product strategy focused on driving growth and user engagement for derivatives products. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development.
  • User Acquisition: Lead initiatives to acquire new users for derivatives products, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, and user referrals. Develop strategies to optimize user acquisition costs and improve conversion rates.
  • Product Enhancements: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements. Continuously iterate on the product to improve user experience and drive engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions about product features, pricing strategies, and user acquisition tactics. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve growth targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and finance to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Communicate product updates and performance metrics effectively to senior management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure derivatives products comply with regulatory requirements and risk management standards. Stay informed about regulatory changes and work with compliance teams to implement necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on derivatives products.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives instruments such as options, futures, and swaps, as well as their applications in financial markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving user acquisition and growth initiatives for digital products or services.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles related to derivatives trading, with an understanding of the US market is preferred.
