The Snapchat Product team combines creativity, research, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to shape the experiences that make Snapchat engaging and impactful for our global community. This team of Designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Strategists works collaboratively across areas such as Core Growth, User Experience, Bitmoji, Augmented Reality, and Emerging Products. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:

Prioritize features, build roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful products that power core Snapchat experiences like Chat, Camera, Maps, and Content products and features.

Lead a product area aligned with your expertise, such as Core Growth and User Experience, Augmented Reality, Bitmoji, Content Creation and Discovery, or Emerging Products, driving innovation and delivering features that engage Snapchat’s global community.

Build trust and credibility through high-quality decision-making, a deep understanding of Snapchat’s user base, and delivering meaningful outcomes that enhance everyday interactions on the platform.

Partner with Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and User Researchers to build seamless and intuitive products that users love, while iterating on features to meet evolving needs.

Drive collaboration across adjacent teams to align priorities and ensure the successful execution of initiatives that shape Snapchat’s consumer experience.

Execute across the product lifecycle, from gathering and defining requirements to writing specs, creating workflows, running experiments, and coordinating marketing and launch plans.

Innovate on and enhance core Snapchat products like Chat, Camera, Maps, and Content features, ensuring they remain engaging, relevant, and impactful for users worldwide.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates

Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

Skilled in concise communication and influencing outcomes

Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
-
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
-
3+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
