About the Role

As a Product Designer at Future, you have the opportunity to personally deliver a monumental impact to both our product and our company.

Your role is responsible for driving forward holistic user experiences for our clients and our coaches, working with leaders to build and sharpen our company brand, and establishing the foundations for how design at Future will operate as we grow.

You will:
  • Deliver designs for Future that contribute to the overall direction of the product
  • Work with the Product team to define and understand the requirements of a feature or product
  • Design impactful solutions balancing intuition with metrics-driven approaches
  • Execute design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes
  • Work with the Product team to ensure designs are implemented correctly
  • Actively seek feedback in order to continually raise the bar for quality
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business goals, vision, users, and market

You have: 

  • At least 3 years of consumer product design, information architecture, UX, or a related field
  • Experience creating consumer apps with thoughtful design and structure, especially those with interactive motion design elements
  • Expert knowledge with consumer products and a high-quality bar
  • Solid understanding of the user-centered design process, with a proven ability to deliver projects that achieve business and user goals
  • Open to iteration, feedback and experimentation
  • Ability to connect design process back to business strategy, and to work with key members across the company to build support
  • Experience working cross-functionally and self-sufficiently
  • Your own product design portfolio that showcases functionality, clarity, usability, and flow across an overall user experience
  • Are legally able to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship in order to work for Future. 

Compensation, Benefits & Life at Future:

  • Salary range: $145,000 - 211,000 / year + equity. The salary range is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
