About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, Product Designer to join our growing team. You will collaborate with our design, product manager, and engineering teams to craft smart, creative experiences for both web and mobile. You will report to the Director of Design.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product team to create compelling ideas and develop those ideas into clear design solutions across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with the product team to create wireframes, visuals, and prototypes that contribute to new and ongoing features
  • Work through product problems from definition and opportunity to shipping features to our subscribers
  • Work alongside the extended Product Design team to build and maintain our design system
  • Own end-to-end design process of features and iterations
  • Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly to validate product direction
  • Partner with engineers as they build and ship features

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience designing for web and mobile applications
  • Experience supporting the design process by creating user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and establishing/maintaining design systems
  • Experience seeing work through with engineers and vendors with a high standard of quality
  • Ability to manage your time across several workstreams
  • Excellent Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping skills
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems
  • After Effects (or any other motion design software) experience is a plus
