The Role
As a Product Analytics Lead, you’ll help Trellis make the most of its troves of data. You’ll work with both internal and external stakeholders to build the datasets and monitoring solutions we need to move the business forward. As part of a small team, you’ll work directly with our leaders.
Your tasks will include:
- Mining our data for insights that inform critical decisions and help us improve our products
- Defining KPIs, building dashboards and other tools that help us monitor them, and rolling them out to our organization
- Partnering with business stakeholders to enable strategic decision making
- Interfacing directly with affiliates to ensure our partnerships are successful
- Supporting our Operations team as they help our licensed insurance sales agents become maximally effective
- Helping our product and engineering teams prioritize projects and evaluate their success, including A/B tests
You should have:
- Strong data analysis skills: Excel / Google Sheets wizard
- Expert SQL knowledge
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- 5+ years of experience in analysis-heavy roles
- Experience with Looker/LookML or other data visualization tools
- Fintech / insurtech / insurance industry experience is a plus
