Healthcare’s helping hand.
CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.
Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

We’re seeking a Principal UX Designer with interest in service design to join our team. In this role, you’ll be embedded within a team reimagining a new product for our internal sales teams that enhances workflows, streamlines processes, and ultimately improves the lives of both our providers and clients. You will partner closely with a dedicated UX researcher and product managers to connect separate systems into a centralized tool and use your critical thinking and design skills to deliver impactful solutions.

The Principal UX Designer is engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, as well as in the continuous improvement of the product. This position reports to the UX Design Manager.

This full-time position is based out of Utah but also remote friendly from anywhere within the US.

  • Extensive experience using whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and Miro to outline journeys, flows, or blueprints, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clarity for new processes.
  • Versed in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to drive informed, user-centered design decisions.
