Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in program management, operations, technology. We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and innovative Principal Program Manager to make an impact through driving a variety of fast-paced work streams to support our Hiring Transformation work across TA. This position will bring programmatic expertise and craft to stand up key pillars of work for our global TA organization.
The ideal program manager is someone who is dynamic, data driven, champions delivery excellence, thrives in creating order, and understands the importance of teamwork.
What you'll do

  • Lead complex and highly cross-functional technical and non-technical programs across TA Enablement to influence the success of our TA goals and priorities
  • Partner with TA, People Technology, People Insights and Product Leaders on complex programs of work to drive ATS and other recruiting tool build and enhancements
  • Drive the change, enablement and adoption strategy to ensure program success
  • Communicate across teams, functions and programs - ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights
  • Set, analyze and report on program goals and impact using industry standard approaches and benchmarking to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Negotiate across many teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, driving a high degree of predictability, re-baselining based on new information and managing complex dependencies
  • Surface program risks early while ensuring clear understanding and implementing resolution/mitigation plans


Your background

  • 7+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, Talent Operations / Enablement, People programs, or related experience
  • Experience working with large-scale sophisticated change and transformations, including tool / technology implementations or enhancements
  • Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key recruiting programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs
  • Experience in project management and able to influence partner teams to move towards successful deliverables and timelines
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software (e.g., iCIMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout etc.) and knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, and present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
  • Formal training in Agile methodology is beneficial


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $174,200 - $232,200
Zone B: $156,700 - $209,000
Zone C: $144,500 - $192,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
