What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive iOS feature development (Swift/Objective-C) for our native mobile app, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead architecture decisions and cross-functional collaborations spanning backend, design, product, and security teams.
  • Work on fintech payment channels (on-/off-ramp solutions) with global reach, ensuring compliance and user-friendly flows.
  • Enhance our social trading experience, integrating user feedback, real-time analytics, and social engagement insights.
  • Collaborate with distributed global engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies (TDD, CI/CD, Scrum) and continually refine our engineering best practices.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation and improve efficiency in cross-office/timezone cooperation. 

What We Look For In You 

  • 6+ years in iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) with a deep grasp of iOS SDK, networking layers, MVVM architecture and clear design patterns.
  • 10+ total years in software engineering, preferably leading complex, high-scale consumer apps.
  • Experience building solutions for global user bases, focusing on performance optimization and reliability.
  • Familiarity with financial or crypto platforms (high concurrency, security, compliance) is a big plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, global environment with cross-time-zone communication.
  • Open to hybrid in-office/remote schedules if based in the Bay Area (San Jose).

  • Tech Lead experience driving engineering initiatives and mentoring teams.

OKX Statement

The salary range for this position $278,000 to $328,708. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
