This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Principal GTM Analytics with a strong blend of analytical and strategic thinking skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller who can extract, analyze, and visualize data while providing strategic insights that influence GTM decisions. They must be adept at Excel and capable of crafting compelling presentations that communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Data Analysis: Modeling and Data Analysis with proficient Excel Skills
  • Strategic Insight Generation: Leverage data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that align with organizational goals and GTM strategies.
  • Data Visualization: Create intuitive and impactful visuals and reports to help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Presentation Development: Build clear, visually compelling slides and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with data engineers, data analysts, data scientists and other stakeholders to align data analysis efforts with business priorities
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify data gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities and propose solutions to optimize strategies

  • Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
  • Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
  • Lead financial and operational analysis projects and work on special projects to support the various needs of the business.
  • Support business units with diligence and analysis surrounding new products, expansion of services, areas of growth and efficiency.
  • Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by performing ad hoc analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance.
  • Be a partner with subject matter expertise in revenue working closely with the CRO and SalesOps Function on finding solutions to critical issues and variances to plan.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling with high proficiency in Excel G-Suite applications 
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to interpret data within a business context and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Presentation Design: Skilled in PowerPoint or similar tools for creating professional, visually appealing slides.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis and deliverables.
  • Experience: 10+ years in data analysis, strategy, management consulting, business operations, investment banking, or a related role, preferably in a GTM-focused environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about leveraging data to drive business impact.

Pluses:

  • MBA or equivalent strategic business education.
  • Background in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and visualizations.
  • Familiarity with other data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R)

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $194,600 and $278,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
