    • Partner with compliance teams to address payer-specific requirements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Performance & Innovation:

    • Monitor system performance and reliability, continuously identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

    • Explore and implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive billing, denial management, and claims analytics.

    • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and containerization to maintain a competitive edge in RCM software development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management or related domains.

  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, for managing scalable and portable deployments.

  • Strong knowledge of RCM workflows, including billing, coding, claims submission, payment processing, and denial management.

  • Proven experience integrating with EHR, PMS, and pharmacy management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies for enhancing RCM processes.

  • Knowledge of payer-provider ecosystems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance workflows.
