About the Role


As the People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation. You will drive strategic people initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of HR. This role balances strategy and execution, empowering employees to thrive and aligning people processes with the company’s goals.


Please note: This is a 9-month contract position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role.

In this role, you will

  • Strategize and Implement HR Programs: Contribute to developing programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Optimize People Processes: Refine systems for onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee development to drive efficiency and impact.
  • Foster a Positive Culture: Champion initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone can excel.
  • Support Leadership Teams: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and executives on people-related matters, including performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while proactively addressing emerging trends and challenges.
  • Oversee HR Operations: Support and assist in payroll, benefits administration, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, offer letters, and other critical HR functions with precision and integrity.

You may be a fit if you have

  • Experience in HR or People Operations: 5+ years in HR, with demonstrated success in making an impact on scaling teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: A proven ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Operational Expertise: A strong understanding of HR processes, tools, and systems.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build trust and foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical and Results-Oriented Mindset: Comfort with data analysis and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability: The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Relevant Certifications: A degree in HR, business, or a related field, and/or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
