Reporting to the Associate Director of Credentialing, the Payer Enrollment Associate will be responsible for CAQH enrollment, provider roster management, and billing support. This role will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate provider enrollment while maintaining compliance with payer requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage CAQH enrollments and attestations, ensuring providers are accurately registered and compliant with payer requirements.
- Oversee roster management, ensuring provider data is accurate and up to date in credentialing systems.
- Support billing and enrollment operations, collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Management team to resolve issues.
- Assist with payer application submissions, tracking statuses, and following up as needed.
- Work closely with the Credentialing Manager, Payer Management to ensure seamless execution of credentialing workflows.
- Maintain compliance with NCQA and payer credentialing standards, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support for credentialing audits and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of provider data.

- Timely and accurate CAQH enrollments and attestations.
- Improved provider data accuracy and streamlined roster management.
- Effective support for billing and enrollment, ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Strong collaboration with credentialing, payer, and billing teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- High compliance rates with payer and accreditation standards.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in credentialing, enrollment, or healthcare administration.
- Strong knowledge of CAQH enrollment processes and payer credentialing requirements.
- Experience with provider roster management and data integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to track and follow up on payer applications efficiently.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across credentialing, billing, and compliance teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a managed care, payer enrollment, or credentialing environment.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care provider enrollment.
- Experience using credentialing and enrollment systems.
The target base salary range for this position is $32.05 - $39.62/hour, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
