Title: Partnerships Manager

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Partnerships Director

Salary: $75,000-82,500 + bonus

Date: 3/2025

Job Summary:

The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the partnerships department by assisting in the development and execution of partnership deals and agreements. This position will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and maintaining detailed records of partnership activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building relationships.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of partnership deals and agreements.
    • Coordinate logistics for partnership initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.
    • Support the Director of Partnerships in high-level negotiations and relationship management.
  2. Tracking and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of partnership activities and performance metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and ROI for internal review.
    • Track key deliverables and deadlines for all partnership agreements.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the partnerships department.
    • Organize and maintain partnership agreements and documentation on the company drive.
    • Assist in the preparation of partnership presentations and proposals.
  4. Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a point of contact for external partners, addressing inquiries and providing information.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of partnership activities.
    • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and events related to partnerships.
  5. Market Research:
    • Conduct research on potential partnership opportunities and industry trends.
    • Gather data and insights to support the development of new partnership strategies.
    • Monitor competitor activities and identify areas for potential collaboration.
  6. Event Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing partnership-related events, both internal and external.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional activities.
    • Ensure a positive partner experience at all events, enhancing relationship building.

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational skills for document management and scheduling.

Negotiation and Relationship Management:

  • Basic negotiation principles to support high-level negotiations.
  • Ability to serve as a point of contact for external partners.

Event Management:

  • Experience in planning and executing events.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and ensure positive partner experiences.

Research and Strategic Thinking:

  • Capability to conduct research on potential partnership opportunities.
  • Strategic mindset to support new partnership strategies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Strong coordination skills for cross-departmental communication.

Education/Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing partnership agreements and relationships.
  • Experience in the beverage industry or a related consumer goods sector is a plus.
  • Event planning and execution experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting on partnership performance metrics is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
