About the Role:

Our team is seeking a Partnership Manager, Ad Network, reporting to the General Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for managing and growing relationships with ad network partners to drive revenue growth. By leveraging data insights and market expertise, you will optimize partnership strategies, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to broader business objectives. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, strategic execution of projects, and a deep understanding of performance advertising trends.

Location: 

While there are no in-office mandates, candidates ideally will be based in CST or surrounding areas for team and client travel. Expect some travel to our offices in Madison, Boston, or Chicago for on-site visits. 

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Own and Manage Relationships: Take full ownership of all day-to-day operations and ongoing collaboration with our ad network partners to support revenue growth. Act as the primary point of contact for network partners, managing relationships and fostering long-term success.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth targets by ensuring the smooth execution of partnership strategies and maximizing opportunities with new and existing network partners.
  • Task Management: Oversee and manage all daily task coordination and operational workflows between our company and ad network partners using Jira and other tools.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align on strategy and provide actionable insights that enhance partner relationships.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with performance advertising trends, especially within the gaming and non-gaming mobile app sectors, and apply that knowledge to partner development efforts.
  • Project Execution: Successfully drive various assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working with or for ad networks, with a strong understanding of performance advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira for task management and comfort with using Excel for data analysis.
  • Commercial Focus: A proven ability to manage commercial relationships, juggle multiple workstreams, and deliver measurable results.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong influencing skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Direct experience in sales or customer success, specifically in commercial, partner-facing role.
  • Past examples of setting strategy and scaling partner relationships.
  • Existing knowledge or expertise in the gaming or mobile app advertising space, targeting senior marketing, media, or executive contacts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, G-Suite, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation
