The Partner Success Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing relationships with strategic partners in the cellular and telecom industries. This role requires a strong technical understanding of our product, expertise in sales enablement, and the ability to take ownership of processes from 0 to 1. The primary focus will be onboarding and managing key clients, ensuring account performance and driving revenue growth. Success in this role demands strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our product and market dynamics.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition. Manage project timelines and oversee all launch activities to ensure successful implementation. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through new and existing partnerships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to drive mutual success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products, providing partners with regular updates on industry trends, product enhancements, and other key information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, optimize partner performance, and implement strategic plans for partner success.
  • Leverage technical product expertise to guide partners in understanding and adopting solutions effectively.
  • Proactively address challenges and roadblocks within partnerships to maintain smooth collaboration.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive company success.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on products, services, and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats and share insights with internal teams.

WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED

  • Minimum 4 years experience working in partner success, partner management, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment and/or within the telecommunications (telco) industry is highly desirable, and industry knowledge is beneficial to thrive in this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate their value to partners effectively.
  • Experience enabling partner teams with tools, resources, and training to drive success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and own processes from 0 to 1, driving operational excellence.
  • Expert project manager with great organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to think strategically, and problem solve. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software.
  • All around team player, fast, and self-learning individual. 

The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 with performance-based incentives including bonuses and/or commission. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
