The role, in a nutshell:

The Senior Manager of Partner Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies with our technology and integration partners. This role will focus on creating mutual value through co-marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for both Chainguard and our partners in the software supply chain security space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive co-marketing strategies with key ecosystem partners, including cloud providers, DevOps platforms, and security vendors
  • Lead joint marketing campaign initiatives:
    • Plan and produce high-impact webinars and in-person events that showcase joint solutions and thought leadership
    • Develop compelling co-branded content including whitepapers, blog posts, solution briefs, and technical documentation
    • Coordinate conference and event presence, including joint speaking sessions, booth activities, and promotional materials
    • Create and manage joint digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising channels
    • Design and execute joint product launch campaigns and announcements
    • Develop case studies and success stories highlighting partner integrations and joint customer wins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams to identify and capitalize on collaborative opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Partner Sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize program effectiveness
  • Design and implement metrics-driven programs to measure and optimize partner marketing initiatives
  • Manage partner marketing budget and resource allocation across various programs and initiatives
  • Create compelling partner-facing collateral, including case studies, solution briefs, and joint value propositions

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on partner/alliance marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing programs in the DevOps, security, or cloud infrastructure space
  • Strong understanding of software supply chain security, container security, and modern development practices
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and programs simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating strategic marketing content
  • Experience with partner marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
