Your Role 

We are seeking a Partner Events Intern to join our marketing team this summer. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution within an AI-powered tech company. You’ll work closely with our Partner Marketing team, supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, registration management, and post-event data analysis.

This internship will be hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, located in San Ramon. This role would report to the Director, Field & Partner Marketing. The program will run from June 16 to August 15, 2025.

About the Team 

Dialpad’s Partner Marketing team is responsible for:

  • Planning and executing partner events to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
  • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, attendee registration, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Analyzing event success and ROI to optimize future initiatives.

About You

You’re a marketing student interested in event planning and execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing multiple projects, and have strong organizational skills. You’re eager to apply business judgment to real-world challenges.

Skills You'll Bring

  • Current student majoring in marketing or a related field.
  • Hybrid with at least 2 days in the office.
  • Local to San Ramon area (or will be for the summer).
  • 60-90 days preferred (10 business weeks).
  • To be interviewed (both for our vetting and for practice).
