Oracle SCM and Operations Lead1
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
• Build and manage strong relationships with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to define long-term strategies that address complex global business challenges.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve business objectives and facilitate decision-making with executive leadership.
• Drive the implementation of best-in-class supply chain ecosystems.
- Technology & Vendor Management:
• Lead technology vendor selection, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for long-term cost savings.
• Oversee global platforms, including Oracle EBS, B2B,integrated with Snowflake/ETL systems.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Supply Chain/Operations, ensuring effective project delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, legal, HR, and finance, to drive organizational success.
- Innovation & Best Practices:
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices to improve team performance and system effectiveness.
• Implement technology solutions that enable business transformation and enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience overseeing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS, and supply chain solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Proven experience deploying large-scale enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle EBS, and B2B).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience collaborating across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage application integration in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with semiconductor business processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake is advantageous.
