You Will:

  • Develop compliant and scalable HR policies and processes that shape the employee lifecycle and support Forward culture
  • Manage our HR tech stack including our HRIS, benefits system, payroll system, and ATS integration
  • Manage all people data and analytics workflows, including all mandatory internal and external reporting and compliance reviews
  • Own and execute company-wide business planning processes and tools, including development and execution of a companywide metrics dashboard to inform decision-making and project resourcing
  • Support project management cross-functionally to enable ship velocity and workload sustainability across all teams
  • Identify and implement scalable processes and tools to automate yourself out of the execution work
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as needed

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs
  • Strong business insight and judgment, team orientation, and collaborative style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Proven ability to understand complex systems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations solving problems, implementing recommendations, and executing business processes
  • Experience with data access tools (Looker, SQL) 
  • Experience managing processes in an HRIS
  • Startup experience helpful, but not required

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
